Why would you like to attend college? Discuss your career and personal goals. Are there any particular circumstances, school experiences, or persons that influenced your preparation or motivation to attend college (e.g., cultural/financial background, family, teachers, schools you attended)? Please explain
To begin with the reason that I would like to attend to college is to be successful in life to become someone in the future.I want to attend college because I want to have a career of wanting to become a nurse. To achieve my goals I need to attend college. To me college is the first step to my future. In order for me to become the person that I want to be in life i have to set up my goals for my future.Yes my family,friends has motivate me to go to college to be successful in life. My parents are the one that are supporting me to go to college and to have a better life and having the best.
Describe any volunteer, extracurricular activities, or work experience in which you are or have been involved in the past two years
One experienced that i have been involved in the past two years is particpate in extracurriclar activities outside from school. Also another experience that i have been involved is baby sitting my sisters. My dad wakes up early in the morning just to go to work. Then my mom was pregnant and she had another baby girl. This change my life because im used to be more with my mom alot since they were not there i haded to cook for my sister clean up my house. Working with them made me experienced alots of things on how to be a parent for them, and teach them new things. since im the oldest in the family i have to be the leadership to show them a good example for my sisters,brother.

Throughout my high school year i have utilize my support by mainting my grades in a certain level. This mean that i keep up with my grades i dont really like having F’s or D’s in my report cards. In order to me to have my grades the way that i want i try my best in all my classes to do homework,classworkIn order to have good grades in school i rather ask help in the areas that i need help on. For Example when im absent i feel that im behind in my classes i rather go to office hours and ask for help. Thats how i can catch up in any missing assignments. Afterward in my opinion i think i could of done better and bring up my grades up and would have a better chance to be involve of any activites in high school. Yes my grades in high school reflect on my academic in college.
My family background is the reason why they are important to me. They are the one that brought me to this world.

SOUTH CENTRAL HAS A LOT OF POSITIVES AND NEGATIVES THINGS INVLOED IN THE PAST..THE THREE EVENTS THAT HAVED CHOSEN IS THE WATTS RIOTS,GANG HISORY,AND CRACK EPIDEMIC.. THOSE ARE THE THREE MAINLY IMPRORTANT TOPIC..
THE FIRST EVENT THAT HAD A GREAT IMPACT ON MAKING SOUTH CENTRAL TODAY IS THE WATTS RIOTS. WELL WATTS RIOTS BEGAN ON AUGUST11,1965. WELL I THINK THIS IS IMPORATANT TO KNOW BECAUSE THE WATTS RIOTS ARE VERY FAMOUS THAT EVERYBODY KNOWS ABOUT IT.THIS EVENT HAS HAPPEN WHEN MARQUETTE HAS PULLED FROM THE POLICE OFFICER.. THEY WAY HE WAS DRVING IN THE SPEED..THE FIRST EVENT WHICH IS THE WATTS RIOTS HAD TO GO THROUGH A LOT. BACK THEN WHITE POEPLE USED TO BE RACES….FOR EXAMPLE WHEN THE WHITE POLICE PULL OVER MARQUETTE JUST FOR NO REASON…YEAH BY THE WAY THEY DIDNT LET NOBODY TO STAY IN WATTS BECAUSE ALL THE RACES THAT WERE BACKS IN THE 1965.. I THINK THAT WAS JUST NOT RIGHT WHAT THEY DID TO MARQUETTE..SO THAT WHEN THE RIOTS BEGAN… THERE WERE ALOT OF INJUUED PEOPLE… THER WERE 34 DEAD…THEY GOT KILLED BY THE LAPD AND THE NATIONAL GUARD… SOUTH CENTRAL CHANGE B-CUZ RIGHT NOW THERES NOT ALOTS OF DRAMA LIKE IT WAS ..NOW IT’S CALM…
THE SECOND EVENT THAT HAD GREAT IMPACT ON MAKING SOUTH CENTRAL TODAY IS GANG HISTORY…THE FIRST EVENT IS Gangs have been a part society for hundreds of years. Today, they are bigger and more dangerous than any time before. Their origins lay in a lack of education, poverty, and racism. Black and Latino gangs in Los Angeles originally come as a response to white racism, but quickly spun out of control. WHAT THIS TRYING TO SAY THAT EVERYWHERE YEW GO THERE GONE BE GANGS NO MATTER WHAT… WHAT I THINK GANG IS NOT A POSTIVE THINGS TO DO IN SOUTH CENTRAL IT JUST NEGATIVE BECAUSE ALL THE CRIMES THAT THEY HAVE DONE IN THE PAST…As the population increased, some whites feared that Blacks and Latinos would start living outside of these restricted areas. Huntington Park, Bell, South Gate, Inglewood, Compton, Gardena, and West LA all had organized white gangs that would seek out Blacks and Latinos and harass them or beat them up. WELL SOUTH CENTRAL REALLY HAVE A LITTLE CHANGE BETWEEN THE GANGS BECAUSE THERE STILLS OUT FROM SOUTH CENTRAL.. THAT JUST NOT GEWD THE HOW PROBLEM GOES BIGGER BETWEEN BLOODS AND CRIPS…But most people that have been touched by gang violence in their own personal lives know that there is very little postivity that comes out of gangs in the community.
THE THIRD EVENT THAT HAD A GREAT IMPACT ON MAKING SOUTH CNETRAL TODAY IS CRACK EPIDEMIC..THE EVENT WAS THE CRACK WAS FORM OF THE DRUGS COCAINE..The Crack Epidemic.the cia wanted to help nicaragua become a capulist counrty…THAT ALSO CRACK WAS JUST NOT GEWD TO BEING SELLLING IT BECAUSE IT JUST NOT WORTH IF IT IT;S NOT GONE TAKE YEW KNOW WHERE IN THE FUTURE… This event is about how drugs made some people eve loose their jobs. They didnt hae a choice but to sell crack-coccaine.They lost there jobs because of drugs. Some families saw there loved ones die. The first person to bring coccaine in to South Central was RICKY ROSS. Im sure people would want to blaim him for all dats happend here. People saw there loved ones suffer all because of that man. This changed South Central because now not all are doing drugs;; they are but there not addicts.
